1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CasualWives ("Platform", "Website", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using CasualWives.net (the "Site") and any related services, applications, or features (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CasualWives. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

CasualWives provides an online platform for adult dating and facilitating casual social connections between consenting adults. Our Services include, but are not limited to, user profiles, messaging tools, search functionalities, and community features designed to help users connect.

You understand and agree that:

  • The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Services, including the formation of relationships or connections.
  • We are not a party to any agreements or interactions between users.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and your interactions with other users. To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully any other user.
  • Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the Services for any commercial solicitation, spamming, or phishing.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Services without our express written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other destructive code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the CasualWives platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design (the "CasualWives Content"), are the exclusive property of CasualWives, its licensors, or content providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The trademarks "CasualWives," the CasualWives logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CasualWives or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant CasualWives a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CasualWives, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
  • Any content obtained from the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to CasualWives in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CASUALWIVES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranty that:

  • The Services will meet your requirements or expectations.
  • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
  • The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Services will meet your expectations.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CasualWives or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales.

You agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.

11. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
